Lean Build: 12 Week Muscle Build Programme


The TP Fitness Lean Build Programme is a 12-week programme designed to build and maintain muscle. After initial success with weight training, many people find their progress plateaus and they struggle to make gains.
The TP Lean Build Programme uses the latest research and training principles to overcome plateaus and promote noticeable changes in body composition. When you undertake the TP Lean Build Programme you can expect to see a reduction in body fat alongside an increase in muscle mass, increased energy and improved overall health.

TP Lean Build Programme focuses on:

  1. Training Cycles

    The TP Lean Build programme is split into four cycles, which vary by training volume and intensity. Over 12 weeks you’ll receive three hours training per week with coach Ivor. You’ll also be given 1-2 optional training sessions, which you can do in your own time, to accelerate results.

  2. Nutrition & Lifestyle

    Lack of sleep, stress and processed food can affect your production of testosterone, an essential hormone for muscle building. Throughout the 12-week programme you’ll follow a personalised nutritional programme and cut down on alcohol and processed foods. You’ll also need to ensure you get adequate rest and sleep for best results.

  3. Optimising Metabolic Performance

    For optimal metabolic performance, the human body needs 92 essential biochemicals such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids daily. When you embark on The TP Lean Build Programme, you’ll undertake a Biosignature Assessment and an extensive Q&A to look at your personal physiology. This assessment allows us to recommend natural remedies to optimise your metabolic performance and testosterone production.

The Lean Build Programme: 12 Week Muscle Builder Programme includes 3 PT sessions a week for 12 weeks.
The cost for this programme is £2340.00*
(£65.00 per session)

What you get:

  • Initial consultation, biosignature assessment and nutritional plan based on

  • 36 personal coaching sessions. You will be required to complete a minimum of
    three one-to-one training sessions a week.
  • Membership and full access to Oneldn gym at Imperial Wharf throughout the programme.
  • Additional training programmes that can fit into the individually tailored six-week plan.
  • Ongoing Biosignature assessments and dietary guidance based on your
    evolving body composition.
  • 7 days a week, 24 hour contact via phone and email.
  • Additional resources needed for the implementation of the programme such as websites,
    recipes, articles, videos, and paper reviews.
