One size doesn’t fit all, which is why the TP Remote Coaching Programme is a highly personalised plan, rather than an off-the-peg online training schedule. With initial assessments, recipes, unlimited email support, and weekly Skype consultations, each programme is designed to work around your training environment and commitments and adapt as you progress.

Each TP Remote Coaching Programme includes:

  1. TP Initial Assessment

    Understanding your motives and identifying your goals are the foundations of a successful training plan. Your TP Remote Coaching Programme begins with an in depth assessment – in person – so we can learn more about your lifestyle and habits, training environment and dietary needs, and create a personalised coaching programme that works for you.

  2. Biosignature Assessment

    All TP Remote Coaching Programme clients receive a one-on-one Biosignature Assessment so we can tailor your programme for optimal results. Created by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin, the Biosignature Assessment looks at your physique and hormonal profile to identify any potential physiological stumbling blocks.

    The assessment will also need to include one to one hands on coaching in order to highlight any mechanical issues, such as tightness or weaknesses caused by past injuries or overused patterns. This allows us to prescribe preparatory exercises and mobility work where necessary and ensure all exercises on the programme are safe and suitable for you.

  3. Training Environment Assessment

    In order to prescribe an effective training programme, it’s important we understand where you’re going to be working out. As part of the TP Remote Training Programme, we’ll assess your gym or training environment so we can ensure the exercises and sequences we suggest work with the equipment and space available to you.

  4. Protocol Coaching

    If you want to see results and reduce your chance of injury, then proper protocol is essential. Protocol doesn’t just mean correct form but also understanding how to set up equipment, the appropriate intensity level to use and the optimum time of rest to take between sets or exercises. Protocol coaching plays a big part in the TP Remote Coaching Programme.

  5. Weekly Nutrition & Exercise Monitoring

    Diet and exercise regimes need to change progressively as you become stronger and leaner. Weekly Skype consultations and email correspondence mean we can assess your progress and ensure the programme continually meets your training needs.

How do we do it and what you get!

  • You will get initial biosig assessment and one to one hands on assessment in your own training environment- this could be your gym, house a local studio. The coach will need to spend up to 2.5 hours to assess your dietary and training requirements, and your gym environment. Based on the results and the inspection you will be given a training program and your first nutritional guide lines within 48 hours of the coach visit.

    All will be done by email.

  • Unlimited support via email for the duration of the course. We promise we will respond within 24 hours to any emails in regards to diet, training, supplements, etc.
  • Half an hour consultation on Skype weekly to discuss progress, issues and new strategies for the duration of the course
  • Monthly Biosig assessment and gym session up to 1.5 hours in your training environment. The time in the gym will be mainly spend going through your new training program
  • Unlimited access to exercises videos, recipes and supplement protocols
